Review: Here is another one of Stoney-Wolf's double DVDs. There are two full videos on this disc. One is Caping and Field Dressing Big Game and the other is Scoring North America's Big Game Species. They are both older videos and the some of the "book" minimums have since changed. This DVD has alot of good info for new hunters with topics covering scoring of every big game animal in North America including moose, goat sheep deer, elk and more, plus field dressing and caping. Most long time hunters will know this information, but I think this would be a good starting point for beginners.
